Welcome to Becky Swanson Coaching. I’m so glad you’re here.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services and products offered by SBSGrowth, LLC d/b/a Becky Swanson Coaching (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including private coaching, group coaching, digital offerings, events, and access to the website www.beckyswanson.com (“Site”). Please read them carefully. By purchasing, enrolling, or using any of these services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Coaching Services: 1:1 and Group Programs

Working with Becky means working in partnership—whether one-on-one or in a group setting. I’m your thinking partner, sounding board, and champion as you walk through one of life’s hardest transitions. My job is to meet you where you are and help you get where you want to go.

Private Coaching:

Includes individualized support through scheduled coaching sessions, along with optional in-between touchpoints via email or brief check-ins. Clients typically pay in advance for coaching in **groups of three sessions**, unless otherwise arranged in writing.

Group Coaching and Programs:

These programs are built around community learning and shared experience. While I provide guidance and facilitation, I don’t guarantee individual results for participants. Confidentiality is expected of all group members, but I cannot be held responsible for breaches by other participants.

2. Digital Products and Course Materials

Any downloadable resources, eBooks, checklists, videos, PDFs, or other digital products (collectively “Digital Products”) are for **your personal use only**. You may not reproduce, share, distribute, or sell them in any form.

Access to course portals or digital programs may be time-limited based on the offer—check the specific product page for details.

Due to the nature of digital delivery, **all sales of Digital Products are final** and **non-refundable**, unless otherwise noted at the point of purchase.

3. Live Workshops, Retreats, and Events

If you register for a group event, retreat, or workshop:

– Registration is first-come, first-served unless otherwise specified.
– Cancellations made within **14 calendar days** of the event may be eligible for a partial refund, minus a non-refundable deposit.
– No refunds will be given for no-shows.
– In the event that Becky Swanson Coaching must cancel or reschedule, you will be given the option to transfer your registration or receive a full refund.

4. Payments & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of booking unless an installment plan or alternate arrangement is offered and agreed upon in writing.

Refund Policies:

– **Private Coaching:** Refunds are available within three (3) business days of purchase. After coaching begins, a prorated refund may be issued, minus a $100 non-refundable fee or a prorated amount, whichever is greater.
– **Group Programs:** No refunds once the program has started, unless otherwise stated.
– **Digital Products:** All sales are final.
– **Events:** Refunds are subject to the event-specific cancellation policy noted above.

Refund requests must be made in writing via email to **becky@beckyswanson.com**.

 Incomplete or Failed Payments:

If your payment method fails or a payment is not completed for any reason, you are responsible for completing the payment promptly. We reserve the right to suspend services until your account is in good standing. If we incur any fees from your bank or payment processor (such as chargeback fees), you agree to reimburse those costs to the extent permitted by law.

 5. Communication Policy

You’re welcome to reach out between sessions for brief support via email or text. I typically respond within **24–48 hours**, Monday through Friday.

If a back-and-forth exchange starts to go deeper than a quick check-in, I may suggest we schedule a session. This isn’t to cut you off—it’s to make sure you get the focused time and support you deserve.

Please note: I do not provide emergency services. If you are in crisis, please contact a licensed mental health professional or call 911.

6. Boundaries & Ethics

You deserve to feel safe and respected in all of our interactions. I commit to showing up with integrity, clarity, and compassion. In return, I ask that you:
– Show up fully, on time, and ready to engage.
– Respect the community agreements for any group program you’re part of.
– Acknowledge that you are responsible for your own mental health, legal matters, and financial decisions.

I am not a therapist, lawyer, or financial advisor—and I do not play those roles in our coaching.

7. Confidentiality

All private coaching sessions are confidential except where disclosure is required by law. In group settings, participants are expected to honor each other’s privacy, but I cannot control or guarantee the behavior of other attendees.

8. Intellectual Property

All content provided by Becky Swanson Coaching—whether digital, in coaching sessions, or on the Site—is owned by SBS & Associates, LLC and protected under copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, repurpose, or distribute any material without written permission.

9. Technology and Access

You are responsible for ensuring your device, internet connection, and access to any platforms (Zoom, course portals, etc.) are functional. Becky Swanson Coaching is not responsible for delays or missed sessions due to tech issues on your end.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SBS&Associates, LLC and Becky Swanson Coaching are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from your participation in services or use of this Site.

11. Testimonials & Promotion

If you voluntarily share feedback about your experience, I may request permission to feature it (anonymously or with attribution) on my website or in promotional materials. You always have the right to say no, and you can withdraw permission at any time.

12. Termination of Services

I reserve the right to terminate our coaching relationship immediately under certain conditions, including but not limited to: inappropriate behavior, abusive communication, repeated no-shows, non-payment, or if it becomes clear that coaching is no longer a good fit. In these cases, a prorated refund may be issued at my discretion, less any non-refundable fees.

You may also terminate coaching at any time by notifying me in writing. Refund terms stated above will apply.

13. Referrals to Other Professionals

As part of our work together, I may suggest names of professionals—such as attorneys, therapists, financial advisors, or other divorce support specialists—for you to consider. I always strive to offer **a minimum of three options**, and I strongly encourage you to do your own interviews and assessments to determine the best fit for your needs.

These referrals are **suggestions only**. I do not receive compensation for referrals, nor do I have control over the services or outcomes provided by these professionals. Your decision to engage with any referred party is entirely your own, and I am **not liable** for any outcomes, experiences, or claims that may arise from that relationship.

As always, trust your instincts, ask good questions, and advocate for yourself.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes will be resolved in Crow Wing County, Minnesota.

15. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time. When updates occur, the “Last Updated” date will change. Continued use of the Site or services implies acceptance of the current Terms.
