Ways we can work together

Support built around where you are.Coaching, community, and everything in between.

Every client starts the same way: an application, then a real conversation. From there, we figure out together which kind of support actually fits what you’re facing.

Is this you

This works best when it’s a real fit — on both sides.

This is for you if

  • You’re professionally established, used to solving hard problems, and currently out of your depth on this one
  • You’re weighing divorce or already in it, and you want a plan instead of chaos
  • You have — or want — a co-parenting relationship worth protecting
  • You want someone who tells you the truth, not just what you want to hear

Worth knowing

  • If your situation involves abuse or coercive control, or your children have needs that call for a specialist

I’ll tell you that directly on your application, and point you to someone better suited. That’s not a brush-off — it’s the same strategic honesty you’d be hiring me for.

What working together can look like

Three ways in. One conversation to figure out which.

These aren’t tiers or a funnel — they’re different kinds of support for different moments. We’ll sort out which one (or which combination) actually fits once I know your situation.
1:1

Individual Coaching

The most focused way to work together. We meet as often as you need it — weekly, every other week, or in short, focused bursts around one specific decision — and I start with what’s actually happening for you right now, not a script.

This is where the real-time moments get handled: the email you’re about to send, the conversation you’re dreading, the meeting with your attorney next week. We build a plan around your specific situation, not a generic one.

Group

Group Coaching

Seasonal cohorts and workshops built around specific challenges — communication, co-parenting, whatever part of the process matches where you are. You get real coaching, structure, and the relief of realizing you’re not the only capable woman who feels completely out of her depth right now.

Sessions run in person or virtually, depending on what’s currently open.

Community

Courage & Grace

Private community spaces where you can connect with other women navigating divorce — for the moment a question actually comes up, instead of three days later at your next scheduled call, and for staying connected to people walking the same road.

Not sure which one fits? That’s exactly what applying is for.

Getting started

Working together starts with one conversation.

Step One

Apply

Tell me where you are and what you’re facing. Every application gets a real read — not a form letter.

Step Two

Strategy Session

If it looks like a fit, we get on a call and look at your specific situation together. No script, no pressure.

Step Three

Begin

If we both agree it makes sense, we get started right away, on a schedule built around your life.

Apply for a Strategy Session By application only — I work with a limited number of clients at a time.
